PostCRM is a web based CRM software designed and developed by Comp Support Solutions based in Mumbai. Following are the terms of use of Post CRM to which the user shall acknowledge and abide in order to use the services of Post CRM.

General Terms:

The user, and not Comp Support, is entirely responsible for all Content that he or she uploads, posts, emails or otherwise transmits via the Comp Support sites. No user shall transmit Content or otherwise conduct or participate in any activities on Comp Support Sites that is likely to be prohibited by law in applicable jurisdiction. Comp Support reserves the right to refuse or delete any Content of which it becomes aware and reasonably deems not to fulfill the purpose. In addition, Comp Support shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to refuse or delete any Content that it reasonably considers to violate the Terms or be otherwise illegal. Under no circumstances will Comp Support be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, liability for any errors or omissions in any Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed or otherwise transmitted via Comp Support Sites. Comp Support grants you the rights to use the services for fixed number of users and for the duration subscribed as per agreement. This agreement is non-exclusive and non-transferable. The rights are for your own internal uses. In the event this Agreement is terminated (other than by reason of your breach), Comp Support will allow you to download Customer and other essential data within 30 days of termination. Upon termination for cause, your right to access or use Customer Data immediately ceases, and Comp Support shall have no obligation to maintain or forward any Customer Data. Comp Support reserves the right to withhold, remove and/or discard services to member without notice for any breach of contract.
